This foundational course is a highly interactive and engaging way to develop and enhance core sales skills in order to create loyal high-level business relationships. You will learn how to CONNECT: network, create and build long-lasting and authentic customer relationships, CLARIFY: identify key customer business issues and needs; COLLABORATE: work together with your customers and all necessary players and resources to best solve their real issues and challenges; COMMUNICATE: deliver your best products, services and ideas through engaging and persuasive presentations and finally; CLOSE: wrap up your entire sales conversation, finalize a deal, advance the relationship or complete your persuasive conversation with a strong, confident, relevant, and mutually beneficial close.
